BOYD BROS CONCRETE PROVIDES THE HIGHEST QUALITY PRECAST CONCRETE WATER AND WASTEWATER SYSTEM SOLUTIONS. Well-built and well-maintained septic reservoir systems are amazing engineering designs. Actually, efficient, properly monitored on-site wastewater treatment systems that include a septic reservoir system built to industry expectations are a healthy, natural and environmentally in charge way for homeowners to process wastewater from toilets, showers, washing machines and sinks.

Septic tanks are put into two chambers. The chambers are divided by the baffle wall structure. Solids are maintained in the first chamber, and liquids then go through the baffle into the second chamber and on to the percolation area. With septic tanks the majority of wastewater treatment occurs in the percolation area, which is important that percolation areas are built properly. The pre-cast walls can be stable or insulated and are suited to both local house properties & agricultural shed structures. Our septic tanks & BioKast wastewater treatment systems come in a range of sizes to suit all domestic properties and larger applications. Our rainwater harvesting systems also come in a variety of sizes. Engine oil & petrol interceptor tanks can be made to your specification. Our effluent tanks & drinking water tanks are available from 150 gallons up to 4000 gallons. All our septic tanks are EN 12566-1 accredited and our BioKast P10 system is EN 12566-3 skilled. Cattle Slats & Tractor Slats can be purchased in sizes from 7'6” - 16'6”. The Precast cubicle mattresses are available in single or dual type. All our cattle slats, pig slats & effluent tanks are grant approved. Please contact us if you want more info on some of our products.

Do the assertions regarding leaky tanks stem from the actual fact that precast concrete tanks have joints in them? Certainly they are criticized because they actually have bones where leakage into or from the tanks at the joints could occur. Luckily for us, specially made sealants are readily available that provide a trusted, long-term approach to preventing water from moving through the joint. So because precast concrete tanks have joints does not imply each of them leak.

Sewage gets into our septic container system through a ʻT-pieceʼ. This helps to avoid extreme turbulence in the major chamber and reduces the speed of the flow rate. By discharging at middle depth in the reservoir, the scum at the surface is not busted. Therefore the system reveals the ideal conditions for the first level of the wastewater treatment.
